The Cumberland

Bar · Manly

A 1920s style underground speakeasy on Central Avenue, entered through a fridge door. Martinis, oysters and cheese boards, with bartenders who are good at recommending a drink. Adults only.

The name comes from the old Parish of Manly Cove in the County of Cumberland. The room seats 75, with marble benchtops, carved sandstone, reclaimed timber, brass and copper, and a leather banquette that wraps the walls. Good for a date or a quiet drink with friends.
