- Custom board orders for Lost, MR and Pyzel; epoxy EPS custom boards take about 12 to 14 weeks.

- Online orders can be collected in store; email support with your order number and chosen store.
- Payment
- In store they take cash, card and Afterpay; no layby, full payment is required up front.
- Returns
- Unused items with tags can be returned within 30 days; surfboards and bulky items are excluded unless faulty.
- Hours
- Narrabeen store opens weekdays 9am to 5:30pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 9am to 4pm.
