Soulhub Freshie
Pilates & sauna studio · Freshwater
Reformer Pilates studio in Freshwater with 50 minute Sculpt, Strong and Circuit classes, plus infrared saunas and LED red light therapy. Unusually, it also does spray tans, which have their own following.
Classes are booked through the Soulhub app, and there are intro offers for new reformer and sauna customers. The spray tan is an automated organic booth that takes under five minutes. The studio is spotless, and regulars say you could happily spend a whole weekend there.
