Australia's first distillery for spirits without alcohol, in Brookvale. It distils its award winning spirits from fresh coastal botanicals for cocktails with no alcohol, and runs tastings and classes at the distillery.
Alastair and Carolyn Whiteley founded Seadrift after experimenting with seaweed gathered from local beaches. The spirits are made in small batches to have the texture of traditional ones.
