Pattison’s Patisserie Balgowlah
Patisserie and bakery · Balgowlah
The Balgowlah shop of Pattison's Patisserie, the Sydney bakery group that started in St Ives in 1995 with French influenced baking: pies, sausage rolls, bread, cakes and pastries. A regular coffee stop in the Stockland centre.
Pastry chef Peter Pattison opened the first shop with his wife Michelle in December 1995, and there are now more than twenty across New South Wales. The slow cooked pulled beef and cheese sandwich is a favourite, and kids love the pastries.
