A deli hidden a few steps down from The Corso, with a working kitchen: cakes baked fresh every morning, hot coffee and a bar. The focaccia sandwiches, packed to order, are what people queue for. Norma's also does cakes and catering, from sandwich platters to grazing boxes.
It is buzzing on weekends, and tight for big groups, though you can reserve. Serves are generous for the price, especially the salads, and the quiche and the donuts are worth a look. Not the place if you avoid gluten.
