Brookvale distillery founded by a career bartender, making spirits meant for mixing. Rossco's Bar, on site, is a cocktail bar, restaurant and live music venue pouring drinks made with the house spirits, and there is a bottle shop. Families and dogs are welcome.
The founder worked behind bars from New York to Darlinghurst, where he ran The Owl House, and helped shape Sydney's cocktail scene. The cocktail list keeps changing and comes with hearty snacks, such as the chicken shawarma. There is often live jazz, and it suits a birthday party.
