Nimbus Co Manly
Private sauna studio · Manly
Infrared sauna and ice bath studio on Rialto Lane near Manly Beach, with private sauna rooms and a small wellness shop. It specialises in contrast therapy, going from the heat of the sauna to the cold plunge.
First timers often manage only 30 seconds in the ice bath, and that is fine. Regulars book a contrast suite, which is spacious and kept spotless, and the shower products are a treat. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a health condition.
