Distillery in Brookvale that has made gin, whisky, vodka and liqueurs on the Northern Beaches since 2017. Visit for a cocktail at the tasting bar, a distillery tour, or a cocktail class. Gin school, where you make your own bottle, is the fun one.
On the gin tour a guide takes you through the history of gin and lets you touch, taste and smell the raw ingredients, including a pantry of Australian botanicals. In the cocktail masterclass you shake, stir and strain three signature drinks. There are local DJs, plenty of parking, and it suits a birthday or a small function.
