Manly Dam

Bushland reserve around a freshwater dam at Manly Vale, with picnic areas, swimming, walking tracks and a mountain bike circuit. It feels a long way from the city for somewhere so close.

The full loop around the dam takes about three hours on foot, with boardwalks and water views. There are barbecues, picnic tables and playgrounds for a family day out.
