HEILEN began in Dee Why on the idea that good teaching starts with knowing the person in front of you. Align is the signature class for beginners and intermediates, on the reformer or the mat. The studio is bright, central and easy to park near.

- Booking
- Book through the HEILEN Pilates app; the intro week starts from your first class booking.
- Cancellation
- Cancel classes 12 hours ahead and privates 24 hours ahead; over 10 minutes late may mean no entry.
- Memberships
- Weekly memberships have no minimum term; give 7 business days' notice to change or cancel.
- Health note
- Thrive classes are not suitable for acute injuries or late pregnancy.
