Working gin and whisky distillery in Brookvale's arts district. Its bar, The GoodBar, hosts private functions plus booked tastings, masterclasses and distillery tours, and is not open to the public for casual visits.
It describes itself as the only distillery in the world maturing spirits with cubes of Australian hardwood, in pursuit of a truly Australian flavour. Owner John hosts the visits, and there is sometimes live music on weekends.
