Feels Pilates' Newport studio, across the road from the beach. It is given over to hot mat Pilates under infrared heat; the Narrabeen and Avalon studios have reformers. Classes are booked through the Feels app.
It is the newest studio in the Feels family. Classes start at 5.30am, so you can train before the day begins and be on the sand seconds later.

- Infrared heated mat Pilates, HIIT and yoga flows; Reformer is offered at the Narrabeen and Avalon studios instead.

- Feels Good intro offer is $89 for 4 classes plus a complimentary sauna.
- What to bring
- Grip socks are compulsory, a full length towel is mandatory in infrared classes, plus water; mats are supplied.
- First visit
- Arrive around 10 minutes early for your first class.
- Booking
- Book classes through the Feels Pilates Studios app.
- Cancellation
- 8 hour cancellation policy: late cancels lose the class credit and no-shows are charged $10.
- Pregnancy
- Infrared heated mat classes aren't open to anyone pregnant or going through IVF.

- Street parking, or the council car park on the beach side of Barrenjoey Road behind The Honest Chicken.
