Dee Why rock pool
Rock pool · Oaks Ave
A 50 metre ocean pool with a toddlers' pool beside it, at the southern end of Dee Why Beach, popular with families. Accessible toilets and showers are close by, and the cafes on The Strand are a short walk away.
The two pools differ in length and depth, so there is a safe, shallow place for small children next to the lap pool. The council closes the pool for cleaning on a roster that shifts with the weather and the swell, so check before an early swim.
