Currawong Beach Cottages

Heritage cottages · Currawong Beach

Heritage listed holiday cottages at Currawong Beach on Pittwater's western shore, reached by ferry from Palm Beach. It ran for 60 years as a union workers' holiday camp and is now managed by the council. Quiet, simple and self catered, so bring your own food.

It can only be reached by water, which is what keeps it so quiet. Expect a private beach, wildlife wandering past the cottages, and little to hear but the waves. It suits family and group holidays, and midweek outside school holidays is the easiest time to book.
