- First float
- Arrive 15 minutes early for an induction and video, and avoid shaving within 12 hours of a float.

- Private float rooms with showers; towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a first set of earplugs are provided.
- Health notes
- Under 16s need parental supervision; no floating during your period; check with your GP if pregnant.
