Bennett Surfboards has been a family business since 1956, and by its own account has been in the surf industry longer than any other Australian board maker. The Harbord Road shop sells surf craft, fins, hardware and apparel, and still feels like a proper old school surf shop.
Three generations of the family have worked in the business, which is still Australian owned. Parking is easy, and prices are fair for the quality of the boards.
