Boutique Pilates studio in Avalon village, opened in 2014 by dance teacher Anna Bolling. It specialises in reformer and mat Pilates for small groups, private sessions and rehabilitation, on full Pilates equipment.
Traditional mat classes use your own body weight for resistance and are a good place for beginners to start. Members describe it as the best studio they have been to.

- Group mat or reformer class $38.50; semi-private $66 per person; private $120. Ten-class passes available.
- What to bring
- Bring a towel, a water bottle and non-slip Pilates socks; socks are sold in the studio. No shoes needed.
- What to wear
- Wear stretchy, fitted clothing so instructors can see your alignment, and remove dangly jewellery.
- Cancellation
- 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or the full fee applies.
