A cafe by day and an Italian eatery by night in Collaroy: barista coffee, eggs and brunch in the morning, then hand stretched pizzas and house made pasta with sauces from southern Italian family recipes. Regulars rate the pizza and the gnocchi.
The two sides of the business grew out of the owners' ties to the Collaroy community. Many of the baked goods on the morning counter are gluten free, and regulars swear by Mario's pizzas at night.
