Choose your heat

Nimbus lists private full-spectrum infrared saunas, with standard rooms for one or two people and larger options for small groups. Standard sauna sessions run for 45 minutes. Its Manly booking page also offers 50-minute contrast sessions pairing a sauna with an ice bath, plus appointments with visiting wellness practitioners.

There is no need to make claims about miracle recovery to see the attraction. A private room means you can spend the session quietly, without following a class or keeping pace with anyone else.
