A 30-minute social run or walk with Kendrick Louis. The published routes are a 3 km walk or a 5 km run, with all paces and experience levels welcome. Meet out the front of Felons Manly. Free with registration. Bring water and a towel if you plan to swim afterwards. Participants must be 18 or over.
